Big Timber's Tahiti White Pearl exhibits top of the line suri genetics. Luster, fineness, density and staple length complete the package in this outstanding female.
Her sire is multi champion Pucara Puresuri Tikanui, 2013 Futurity White Suri Color Champion, bred out of the famous Pucara Kahuna, Snowmass Ice Dancer and Silkworm lines. This is a power packed genetic pool.
Tahiti's dam is KBTA Kerolyn, a prepotent stud female and blue ribbon winner in her own right. Kerolyn is from the DDF Accoyo Armani and PPeruvian Miquel genetic lines, also superior genetics in the Suri world. Kerolyn displays the brightest luster and great fineness retention as she ages. She won multiple Produce of Dam blue ribbons in halter and fleece shows with her offspring, including the Futurity, the AOA National Fleece Show and Suri Network Fleece Show. She is in the top percentage categories for the EPD traits.
Tahiti's half brother is 12x champion Kahuna's Josef, the 2016 Futurity Color Champion for white suri males. Tahiti won multiple Produce of Dam awards with her brother, Kahuna's Josef, for her dam, KBTA Kerolyn.
Tahiti's half sister, is 4x Champion Osage Misae thru the dam side and they also share Kahuna genetics on the sire side. Osage Misae, sold at the 2017 Futurity auction as the highest selling Suri in the auction.

In 2017, Dr. Norm Evans conducted a biopsy on Tahiti. His report: "Her density measures 57.5 follicles SQMM. Her S/P ratio is 11.9 to 1. She shows level 4 of 4 gland presence. Her secondary fibers average 19.3 microns while her primary fibers average 25.9 microns for a spread of only 6.7 microns. Her AFD figures 20.28 microns. Tahiti certainly has the potential to be one of the top Suri females based on these fiber stats."
In July 2017, Tahiti had her first offspring, Tahiti's Fyre Dancer, a gorgeous male out of multi Champion and Judges Choice, Eagle Valley Peruvian Spirit Dancer. This male is absolutely stunning and we couldn't be happier with the result of this breeding. Fyre Dancer is a 10X Champion and 4X Judges Choice winner. His fiber stats are crazy good with an AFD of 16.5 and SD of 3.4.
In August 2018, Tahiti had the most gorgeous male cria, Kauri, sired by our co-owned herdsire, HFS Jeremiah. Kauri won his first reserve championship as a juvie at the 2019 CABA Classic and has incredible fineness and uniformity.
Tahiti was bred to Spirit Dancer in 2018 and gave birth in Sept 2019 to a stunning full brother to 4X Judges Choice, 10X Champion Fyre Dancer. We are over the moon for this young male, Tahiti's Fyre Storm.
